To request a refund, follow the instructions in the Return Policy. Depending on the return policy, we will let you know if a return is possible. If a return is accepted, we’ll tell you the refund amount. Once processed, the refund will be applied to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, and your balance will be updated.
If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, your next installment amount may not decrease. Instead, you may expect to make fewer payments or a lower final payment, or both.
If your refund is greater than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
If your order was paid with interest-bearing installments, the interest will not be refunded. Payments are applied first to accrued interest, then to the principal. Interest is the cost of borrowing and is non-refundable.
