    Shipping

    Delivery (3-7 business days after the billing date) : 

    • Order value less than de $100 = $7.49
    • Order value from $100 to $149.99 = $9.99
    • Order value from $150 to $500 = $12.49
    • More than $500 = fee on request

    Deliveries are made Monday through Friday by Purolator, except for statutory holidays. Shipping time is calculated from the moment the package leaves our warehouse.

    Delivery times are approximate and could be delayed due to factors beyond our control.

    Delivery fees will be automatically calculated upon payment before your order is finalised. Delivery times do not include order processing times (1-2 business days).

    Each order is delivered at the designated address. Once the purchase is complete, an email will be sent to confirm your order and your address. If you see an error or if you wish to make a change, please contact the online sales department at info@regence.ca by mentioning your order number. We will gladly make the desired modifications.

    Returns

    All products bought on our website www.cofracanada.ca can be returned or exchange within 30 days of placing your order. Your product must be in original and unworn condition and must be sent back in their original packaging in new condition in order to get a reimbursement or an exchange.

    For online product purchases through www.cofracanada.ca

    Claims should be submitted as follows: Send an email to Regence customer service to info@regence.ca. Your e-mail must include the following information:

    • Name
    • Full address 
    • Phone number (daytime)
    • E-mail address
    • Product number
    • Product name
    • Size
    • Reason for the return or exchange
    • Copy of sales receipt

    The customer is responsible for return shipping charges which will not, under any circumstances, be refunded by Regence. Please allow around 15 days for returns/exchanges processing to be completed and for the reimbursement to be issued or the exchange to be sent. When the return/exchange is processed, you will receive an email to notify you. Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment, upon receipt and inspection of returned goods.

    For product purchases through retailer

    All claims must be made through the retailer where the product was purchased, with original proof of purchase. The retailer will apply its own policy of repair, exchange or return. 

    Do you think you have a defective product?

    Return it with proof of purchase to the retailer where the product was acquired and they will apply their return/exchange policy.

    For products purchased through www.cofracanada.ca, send an email to Regence customer service to info@regence.ca. Your e-mail must include the following information:

    • Product picture and its defect
    • Copy of sales receipt

    A Return Merchandise Authorization number will be provided once we have received your request. Please allow around 15 days for returns/exchange processing to be completed and for the reimbursement to be issued.
